White Rhino offers 90 day and limited lifetime warranties for your customers. This is to ensure your customers are happy with their purchase and makes our products easier to sell
  1. USA 90 Day Full Warranty

White Rhino USA will offer a standard manufacturers warranty within the first 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Warranty is exclusively for the battery portion of the product. Tanks, cartridge and mouthpieces are exempt from the warranty. Damage done by natural disaster, accidents or misuse will deem product’s ineligible for warranty   

Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling of the product to White Rhino USA for processing.

Once the warranty has been fulfilled, item(s) will be shipped out promptly and White Rhino USA will cover the shipping and handling. Tracking details will be provided to you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.

  1. International 90 Day Full Warranty.

White Rhino USA will offer a full warranty within the first 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the product to White Rhino USA for processing. Once the warranty has been fulfilled and item is ready to be shipped out, Customer will receive a link to process payment for the return shipping. Once we have received payment and verification, your items(s) will be shipped out promptly. Tracking details will be provided to you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.


Limited Lifetime Warranty Program

We stand behind our products and the quality that goes into creating them.  White Rhino USA offers a standard 90 day manufacturer's full warranty. If your vaporizer has issues after the 90 days, we do offer our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our limited warranty is only valid if the product was purchased directly from White Rhino USA or one of our authorized retailers. Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase. It is required for all our warranty programs. If you are eligible for our limited lifetime warranty, Please follow the steps below. Tanks, cartridge and mouthpieces are exempt from the warranty. Damage done by natural disaster, accidents or misuse will deem products ineligible for warranty.
